Business Development Manager / Sales Rep Job Responsibilities:
- Build and retain deep knowledge of our company history, our core services, how our service engagements work, and the value we create for our customers
- Learn to identify / be able to communicate opportunities for helping prospective customers
- Create target prospect lists
- Cold call and email target prospects
- Engage, educate and qualify prospects to hand-off to lead consultants
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity in our CRM software
- Strategize regularly with leadership team about market trends, insights, and ideas for how to improve the outbound sales approach
- Help promote our high quality content to prospects and quality leads
- Help grow the company by setting meaningful, measurable goals, and doing your best to deliver results
